Okay, I'm really looking for some advice here. On my blog I have an artistic photo of my goatee (I got bored with Photoshop one day). I've gotten some great comments on it. I've gotten just about the same amount that says it makes my site look a little sleezy/creepy.

Creepy, but in a I know something that you don't kind of way. It's the sly smile. Lets call it sly not creepy. Its like, "Come check out my Christian blog..HA HA HA HA HA! (in a deep sinister voice)"

In Jewish culture, men who are mourning and grieving after the death of a loved one do not shave. Considering the content of this blog as of late, the image is quite fitting. The shadow and greyscale pastel filters add even more.
For the reader who seeks a way to connect the dots, there will be beauty in context.
